Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean, modern hotel right in the centre of Manchester and near to the river. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Good breakfast with quite a lot of variety. Free water machine. Quite good value for money. I really enjoyed Manchester too. The Millyard museum is fantastic, as is the Currier museum and the Frank Lloyd Wright houses tour. I found some good bars (Strange Brew Tavern was my favourite) and restaurants (Thai Food Connection). And there are lots of great walks to do in and around the city such as Stark Park, Dorrs Pond, Massabesic Lake and the rail trail.

I loved the shower, one of best I have experienced at a Hilton hotel. Loved the room darkening shade. Did not like the lack of a dresser in the room. I like to unpack, not live out of the suitcase. Would have liked a microwave in room. Room was large, so there was room for a dresser. They had hooks on the wall and no closet. Just a small space with hangers for clothes. Also no coffee pot in room. You had to go down and coffee at breakfast time. I like a pot in room for convenience in the morning. This was my first stay at a Tru Hilton. Not sure I would select this type of hotel again.

There are so many fun things to do in the lobby including games puzzles and they even have a pool table. The entire staff from the host to even the facilities workers or super friendly always had a smile and said hi as you walk by. It's also a short walk from the river

The hotel is centrally located and close to a number of good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and included all the amenities one would expect of this type of short-stay hotel. Coffee seemed to be available throughout the day, which is a nice touch.

We stayed at the Tru hotel following a late night show we attended near by. The Tru hotel had one of the best price around town and is located nearby the highway, making it easily accessible. Plenty of parking and a great look had us happy with our choice
